Yes, within 14 days of your first subscription payment or a credit pack purchase, as long as the credits from that payment are unused. Request it through support.

Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI. Guest uploads are deleted after about a day; account projects are kept until you delete them.

Q: How is annual billing different?

Pay for the full year upfront and save 30–34% compared with monthly billing. Credits for the selected billing period are added when you pay. At renewal, unused credits roll over up to six months of your plan’s monthly allowance.

Q: How do I change or cancel my plan?

Request a change in your account. Before confirming, review the price, retained credits and when the change takes effect. You can cancel in your account. Your current plan stays active until the end date shown.

Q: What if I run out of credits?

Choose an available plan upgrade or wait for your next credit renewal. You can continue editing.

Q: Where do I find invoices and manage payment methods?

Download invoices and change your payment method under Settings → Invoices & payment.
